Ken and his wife, Mary, started SnowHome Properties in Summit County in February, 2004 following 10 years associated with other agencies. Their motto is "Service at the Speed of Life." They will never pressure a client to take a deal the client is uncomfortable with. Ken was the 2003 President of the Summit Association of Realtors and served 8 years on that board and 6 on the board of the State Association. He still serves on the State Grievance Committee and is Secretary the Rocky Mountain Resort Alliance. He was named CyberStar of the Year in 2002. The Allen Hainge CyberStars is an elite group of Realtors from around the country who have proven efficiency in using technology to work with customers. Ken wrote a book for homebuyers called “How to Make Your Realtor Get You the Best Deal”. It has sold well over 50,000 copies nationally, and is being re-published in every state. Prior to real estate, Ken owned a private investigations firm for 12 years in Denver, employing seven investigators, and serving for a period as the president of the Professional Private Investigators Association of Colorado. In this work, he conducted numerous investigations into real estate transactions and claims of fraud. During this time, he was also a member of the Win/Win Business Forum of Denver and was its president for a year and a half. He also served as president of his HOA board in Denver.
